Working in Ottawa today --Spring with a hint of Melancholy

Good morning everyone, as reported prior, I will be spending my work day in Ottawa today.

It's raining in Toronto, the greys of the sky and horizon give a drab backdrop to the shallow inland seas of tarmac.  Is spring not to be full of colour and life reborn?  Don't read here for reports of fresh spring air and sunshine dancing off dew drops clung to May flowers' petals, rather just rain, rain, rain.
